These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ai-best.deals (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of ai-best.deals (the “Site”), including any content, features, or services we make available. By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

ai-best.deals is an AI-tools directory and deals platform that helps users discover, compare, and find offers on AI-powered software. We publish editorial reviews, comparisons, best-for-use-case roundups, deal listings, and educational content. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at security@ai-best.deals.

4. User Submissions

You may submit tools, reviews, comments, ratings, or other content (“Submissions”). You retain ownership of your Submissions. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works of your Submissions in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Site. You represent that your Submissions do not violate any third-party rights and are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) post defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content; (d) upload malware or attempt to compromise the Site's security; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by our robots.txt and at reasonable rates; (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (g) post fake reviews or manipulate rankings; or (h) use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

The Site contains affiliate links and sponsored placements. When you click an outbound link to a third-party tool, we may receive a commission if you make a purchase. 7. Third-Party Tools and Sites

The Site links to and describes third-party AI tools and services. We are not the provider of those tools and we do not control them. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. We make no warranty about third-party tools, including pricing, availability, performance, or fitness for any purpose. Pricing and feature information may change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, editorial reviews, and compilations, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link back. Any other use — including republishing reviews, scraping content for training datasets, or using our brand without permission — requires our prior written consent.

9. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to legal@ai-best.deals.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information about third-party tools is current, complete, or accurate. Editorial opinions are opinions, not professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ai-best.deals, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ai-best.deals and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Submissions, your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration. Where permitted by law, disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
